Tucker's Point Hotel and Spa

Challenge: Revise an existing website to reflect the elegance and sophistication of the Tucker's Point brand, and complement the offline literature.

Solution: Smarty Click took the existing website, and while still utilizing the large beautiful photography, we changed page layout to provide more content for visitors. The navigation was also simplified to make it quicker for users to find the information they wanted.

Result: Since the launch of the website, Tucker's Point Hotel has had more inquiries for information in the first month, than they received in all of 2009.

Valley Forge Convention & Visitors Bureau

Challenge: Find a creative way to communicate with users the large number of events, attractions and venues in the Valley Forge area.

Solution: To begin the process staff at Smarty Click first analyzed the websites of 200+ CVBs across the country. Based on those findings Smarty Click designed a new site for the Bureau that was more engaging, prominently featuring 18 video clips of area attractions. These clips are changed out seasonally to give visitors a reason to keep coming back to the website.

Result: The time users are spending on the website has improved by 11%, and they are viewing 30% more pages than before. The bounce rate (number of people who spent less than 10 seconds on a site) has also decreased by more than 50%.
